Preferred Candidate/Educational Qualification-(Medical/Healthcare)-
B Pharm/D Pharm or BSc

Location -Pune, Satara, Ghaziabad, Noida

What are we looking in the Candidate:-

• 6months -2 years of experience in medical background (pharma/ medical/ healthcare)
• Freshers also can apply subject to qualify based on their understanding and knowledge of healthcare market.
• Experience as Medical representatives is plus.
• Excellent communication in local language.
• Good presentation skills
• Staying consistently in the approach.
• Ability to travel by local transport in city/town.
• Individuals must be dynamic, team player.
• Individuals should be open to pressure work and learn to twist minds for new products and solutions.
• Preference to start-up experience.

Job Responsibilities:-

• Meeting healthcare channels to promote MeDaFin product.
• Onboarding healthcare channels on our platform.
• Generating business through those acquired channels.
• Arranging trainings for acquired POS on monthly basis.
• Pick up Feedback from market and discussing same with business team for implementation of process/business related queries.
• Maintaining work data on daily basis and understanding customer cycle for better process flow
